Hi, I'm Faye Bryant

I help people who have endured trauma–whether of their own making, such as addiction and poor choices, or pushed upon them through abuse–recognize they have worth and purpose, determine their God-designed purpose, then live confidently, with focus toward that purpose to live the life God designed them for.

As the child of functional alcoholics, I experienced the trauma of parents who weren’t present for me even when with me. An outcast even to them. I know the pain of loneliness and neglect.

Childhood trauma, bullying, lies, rape, abuse, betrayal all ruled my life. I have known loneliness, hurt, fear, shame, self-recrimination, to the brink of suicide. The path of DEATH.

Now I live with freedom, love, acceptance, strength, confidence, and healing. I walk with my head up.

Having traveled the same paths you are walking uniquely positions me to guide you around the pitfalls to a better path. The path of LIFE.

When you learn your God-given purpose and how to live in it, you become able to look at your past with renewed vision and employ the new confidence and ability to redeem it to create a divine mission.

By revealing where you keep getting triggered or “hacked” I will help guide you through a proven process to say no to the crippling defeats and yes to living forward with focus.

Books

Grandma, Mom, and Me Saga

The stories of three generations of strong women of the same family. Their lives were separated by years, yet so similar that they could have overlapped entirely. Trauma in childhood that affected decisions throughout their lives, lies that tainted their viewpoints, betrayal that nearly broke them, but for each one, their faith in God saved them.

Louise is Grandma. She had to grow up at age eight and suffered a lost childhood. Marriage and children brought great joy and greater pain.

Elaina is Mom. She had to grow up at age 12 on the heels of losing her two favorite family members. Marriage and children brought great joy, but also abuse, betrayal, and grief.

Beth is Me. Episodes of betrayal came early in life as did trauma that no child should endure. Marriage and a child brought happiness, but also abuse, betrayal, and grief.

All three women held tightly to their faith and rediscovered love and family and strength to live life to the fullest.

“Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭11:1‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Coaching to Begin Living Forward...

to RECOVERY

Feel, Deal, Heal

No matter what caused the trauma that holds you hostage, there is a process to move from broken to beautiful, from captivity to freedom. Through feeling those old feelings, now in a safe space, you can deal with what happened, and your healing begins.

We will use the Celebrate Recovery curriculum to dig to the core of your pain and trauma. We’ll visit the past, but not reside there. We’ll inventory honestly and completely the situations that changed your life to determine how to leave them in the past and walk head-held-high into the future.

with PURPOSE

Know You, Know Your Why

Every one of us was created with a divine purpose. We were given specific and unique talents, skills, and abilities.

Noted Swiss psychologist Carl Jung said, “The most damaging thing in the life of a child is the unlived life of the parent.” It’s time to live your life. No more coasting through life feeling lost and without direction. Learn how to say yes to the people and events that matter most and no to those that don’t. Take control of your calendar and experience margin. Create a life worth living defined by purpose and passion.

with FOCUS

Become Unstoppable

We are living in the attention economy where you are the product. The score is measured with eyeballs and eardrums. Your attention, even for a few seconds, translates into cold, hard cash, and marketers are willing to manipulate and even hack you to gain it.

Sound familiar? You clear your schedule, wake up early, and inform others that you’re unreachable. You’re taking a day to work on your dream. Then the phone rings, the messages buzz, the notifications pop up and your dream is sidelined and sabotaged… again.

Speaking

Perhaps you need a speaker for a future event?
Selecting the right speaker is crucial.
Choose the right one and your event is a smashing success.
Choose the wrong one and you’ll hear about it for a very long time.

Let’s see how we can work together to make your next event the most memorable ever.

Is it really possible to apply scripture to your life here and now?

God has promised that when we seek Him with all  our hearts, we’ll find Him.  Join me as we look at Bible verses and see how they fit into our everyday, walking-around lives.

I’d love to help you accomplish what you might think is impossible, maturing in your faith day by day.

“With man it is impossible, but not with God.
For all things are possible with God.”
~ Mark 10:27

Living Forward Podcast

The Living Forward Podcast is based on the belief that
healing, purpose, and focus are crucial for true success
in building a life worth living and a legacy worth leaving.

Each week Faye will address topics and discuss resources
to help you move out of stagnation into a life well lived,
including interviews with authors and influencers to
discuss their latest books and insights on things like
recovery from past trauma, finding and living in purpose,
and gaining the focus necessary to live forward now
and in the future.

“Faye and I began working together when I recognized that I could not complete my book project alone. Truly, she was a Godsend. After an initial interview to determine if this was a good fit for both of us, we began a coaching relationship. Faye helped me 1) clarify my goals, both long and short term, and 2) determine the next best steps all along the way. She is both a great listener and great communicator. I love the judgment-free zone she creates to help me achieve my goals. I feel valued and validated with Faye. Thank you, Faye!”

“I met Faye at my first Ladies Retreat at a cozy little cabin in Townsend. We had a small group and spent a lot of sweet time with the Lord. I didn’t think it could get any better but I was wrong. Faye joined us on Saturday with a little activity that she called “Value Proposition Statement”. This helped me to understand my unique roles, strengths and calling in Christ. She had such words of wisdom, a sweet smile and a heart to help. It was easy to develop a friendship with Faye in just a short time. She helped me so much that day & even through the year when I needed prayer and advice. I value our friendship. Thank you Faye”
